Saira is a compassionate mental health counseling intern and ABA therapist who is deeply committed to supporting children and empowering mothers, especially those navigating the early stages of motherhood. With a client-centered and strengths-based approach, she strives to create safe, nurturing spaces where families can feel supported, understood, and encouraged to thrive.

She is currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) student, building on over 10 years of experience working with children and mothers in a variety of caregiving and therapeutic settings. Her background as an ABA therapist has strengthened her ability to support children's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs while collaborating closely with families.

Saira owned and operated a home daycare for four years, where she provided structured, developmentally appropriate care for young children and partnered with parents to support healthy growth, routines, and emotional well-being. This experience deepened her understanding of the challenges families face, particularly new mothers balancing caregiving, identity shifts, and emotional health.

As an intern clinician, Saira is especially passionate about working with new and expectant mothers, helping them navigate the transitions of motherhood, manage stress, build confidence, and strengthen their emotional well-being. She approaches her work with empathy, cultural awareness, and a genuine desire to meet clients where they are.

Through her academic training and hands-on experience, Saira is dedicated to fostering resilience, healthy family dynamics, and supportive environments for both children and caregivers.

In her free time, she enjoys learning, nurturing her personal growth, and finding moments of balance and joy.

Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.
