Jessica is a dedicated and empathetic bilingual outpatient counselor originating from El Salvador, currently advancing her expertise in the mental health domain through a Master’s degree with a focus on Christian-based clinical practices. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lesley University, underpinning her solid foundation in the field. Her clinical experience spans working with families, adults, and adolescents across a spectrum of needs, including but not limited to, substance abuse disorders, anxiety, trauma, depression, and associated challenges.
In her therapeutic practice, Jessica employs an eclectic array of interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Her collaborative approach aims to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients that underscores hope and goal-setting in therapy while facilitating enhanced self-awareness and insight.
